Happy Holidays to all of our Girl Scouts of Western New York members! Wishing you and yours all the best in this holiday season and the upcoming new year.

Please see below for our last Member Essentials update for 2021. Please note that our offices will be closed starting at noon on Wednesday, December 22, and we will reopen on Monday, January 3.

Our Customer Care line will be closed over the holiday break so please reach out to us for any assistance before noon on Wednesday December 22. Our emergency line at 1-800-882-9268 will be open throughout the holiday break.

Council Updates

Girl Scout Scholarships Now Available
GSWNY is excited to announce we are now taking applications for our Girl Scout Educational and Kim Welsh scholarships. The deadline to apply and submit all required documents is March 16, 2022.  Visit www.gswny.org/scholarship to learn more and apply.

Become a National Delegate!
Volunteers and girls are encouraged to apply to be a National Delegate at the 56th National Council Session to be held in July 16 – 23, 2023 in Orlando, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent Girl Scouts of Western New York on the National level. The Board Development Committee is seeking a diverse pool of highly motivated and passionate candidates for a limited number of Delegate positions. Come enjoy an afternoon of hockey at GSWNY Day at the Buffalo Beauts home game! Enjoy a Q&A Meet & Greet with Buffalo Beauts players, Girl Scout shout out during the game, and take selfies with players along the glass.

Camp & Outdoors

We’re looking for some help at our camps!
The recent high winds brought down a lot of trees that are clogging up our trails and units. If your troop would love to spend some time outdoors while helping to clean up our camps, please reach out to our Property Managers:
