As you know, the whole world is in a period of adjustment as we navigate the uncharted waters of the COVID-19 pandemic. With restrictions in place to keep groups from meeting to slow the spread, many activities have been forced to cancel for the time being.

Girl Scouts of Western New York, of course, is no exception. We’ve currently suspended our cookie program and cancelled programs through April. While this is understandably a challenging time, we’re working to provide virtual Girl Scouting options while you’re at home.

One idea we’ve seen from our members is virtual troop meetings using the platform Zoom, or something similar. Because it’s been so successful, we’ve created instructions and how to run and set a virtual troop meeting.
