WESTERN NEW YORK (April 9, 2021) – On April 9, 2021, Manning & Napier donated 500 packages of Girl Scout cookies to The Hometown Heroes Project through the Girl Scouts of Western New York. The cookies were delivered to local essential workers, first responders, and other hometown heroes to thank them for their tireless work in the WNY community.

Manning & Napier’s purchase will also support local Girl Scouts in their entrepreneurial efforts. The Girl Scout Cookie Program® is the largest entrepreneurial program for girls in the world, where girls get hands-on practice with a variety of skills, including goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics as they learn to think like entrepreneurs.
