So many of us were raised with these well-meaning sentiments. Often framed as messages of inspiration and resilience, they overlook the fact that sometimes the strongest and most courageous thing you can do in certain situations is step and away and take care of yourself. It’s OK not to be OK.
The Fall Product Program is happening now!

Gluten Free Cookie Orders: We know it’s still the Fall Program, but don’t forget all orders for Gluten Free cookies are due by October 22! They won’t be on the order card, so if you want them for the program, you must pre-order.
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month as a family
Hispanic Heritage Month ends October 15, but that doesn’t mean your family needs to stop celebrating! Together you can work on earning the “¡Yo soy una Girl Scout!” Fun Patch. Check out the link below for more information, including patch requirements.
Our Ropes Courses are now open for families!
Do you like a challenge? Are you an adventurous person? Do you love the outdoors? Then you will love our rope challenge courses located at Camp Seven Hills and Camp Piperwood.
Families can now reserve and utilize our ropes challenge courses. Simply complete the GSWNY Ropes Course Challenge Application and submit it to ropes.programs@gswny.org. Once received our ropes course coordinator will reach out to you to confirm details of your program selection.
Trained ropes course facilitators will guide you through our courses and all COVID safety guidelines/protocols will be followed. For additional questions on our ropes course programs, please reach out to Customer Care at customercare@gswny.org.
